- Because orders are handmade and personalized, no products will be eligible for return due to printing/design mistakes or misprints.
- All orders and designs need to be confirmed via email before printing and manufacturing will commence.
- We will send you photos of the actual products before packaging and printing.
- Written confirmation that you are happy with your products needs to be directed at Kiddies Theme Parties to info@kiddiesthemeparties.co.za before any products will be shipped.
- Once shipped via courier, we will supply you with a Waybill/Tracking number.
- After shipping has commenced, we will not take any responsibility for damaged or lost products.
- Kiddies Theme Parties will only replace any product that has been found unsafe or unfit for use due to manufacturing errors. This does not include damages to the product during the shipping process.
- Should any product be replaced, the client will be responsible for the new shipping costs.
- No defective products will be refunded, we only allow returns of defective products, where after a replacement product will be issued should we find the product be defective due to our negligence.
- Our returns policy is only valid for products ordered via our online store. This policy does apply not to any other products, services or orders via any of our website or other platforms.
