2.Unless otherwise specified, competitions are open to South African residents aged 18 or over except employees of Kiddies Theme Parties, their direct families, agents or any other person(s) connected with the competition, including third party promotional partners.

3.The winner is responsible for ensuring they are able to accept the prize as set out and in accordance with these terms and conditions, in the event that they are unable to do so Kiddies Theme Parties reserves the right to redraw the prize.

4.Entry is subject to the booking and payment of a "Disney Package" to the value of R6499.00 or more.

5.By entering, all eligible entrants agree to abide by each and all of the terms and conditions. Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry. Kiddies Theme Parties reserves the right, with or without cause, to exclude entrants and withhold prizes for violating any of these terms and conditions. Kiddies Theme Parties reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Any amendments will be published on the Website.

6.Unless otherwise specified, the winner(s) will be drawn at random from all valid entries received before the closing date (31-August 2010). Winners will be notified within 7 days after the draw which will happen on 1 September 2010. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winner during this time. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, Kiddies Theme Parties reserves the right to re-draw another winner from the correct entries which were received before the closing date.

7.Kiddies Theme Parties will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries. Kiddies Theme Parties takes no responsibility for any entries that are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned.

8.Kiddies Theme Parties will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of the winner's (or their guest's) enjoyment of the prize.

9.There is no cash or other alternative to the prize stated and the prize is not transferable and no part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.

10.By entering, any subsequent prize winners agree to allow the free use of their names, photographs and general locations for publicity and news purposes during this and future promotions by Kiddies Theme Parties or any associated or subsidiary company of CSTM IT Solutions CC.

11.Winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.

12.The owner's decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.

13.Kiddies Theme Parties reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition (including altering prizes) if, in our sole discretion, a competition is not capable of being conducted as specified. Kiddies Theme Parties reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond their control make this unavoidable.

14. Kiddies Theme Parties reserves the right to cancel this competition if not more than 25 (twenty five) successful bookings of the "Disney Package" have been received before the competition closing date. Kiddies Theme Parties, may also, in our sole discretion, decide to extend the competition until such time that 15 (fifteen) successful bookings of the "Disney Package" have been received.

15. PASSPORTS, VISAS, VACCINATIONS AND INOCULATIONS
The responsibility to obtain proper, current and valid passports, visas, vaccinations, inoculations and the like, where required, is that of the client alone. The company shall not be responsible or liable for any consequence of any nature arising from the client failing to ensure that he/she has complied with all such requirements. The Customer must ensure that their passport is valid for at least six months beyond the end of the travel period. South African residents traveling on a foreign passport must ensure that they have correct documentation from Home Affairs. Kiddies Theme Parties bears no responsibility for incorrect passport or immigration documentation.

RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY
Kiddies Theme Parties accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or any other irregularity howsoever arising. Kiddies Theme Parties makes every effort to ensure that all the arrangements and services connected with a passengers itinerary will be carried out as specified and/or in the most efficient and effective way possible. However, we do not have direct control over the provision of services by suppliers and, whilst they are in all cases selected with the utmost care, we do not accept liability for error and omissions of such suppliers Please be aware that hotels undergo renovations for time to time. Hotels take all possible steps to limit disruption to their guests. We will not entertain complaints, or requests for refunds, if a hotel in carrying our renovations whilst a guest is resident. If we are specifically advised of renovation work, dates may be provided but it is important to remember that these are subject to change and we are not always notified. We will not, therefore, be held accountable for complaints concerning renovations that extend beyond the date originally specified.
